Where the West Stands Tall

In the land of cowboys, the horizon is just the beginning of the journey.

Beneath the stars, the desert dust swirls,
Where jesters gather, and laughter unfurls.
A tale of cacti that danced through the night,
Tipped hats and snickers, a bonfires light.

Old Chuck, the chief, with a twinkle, he weaves,
Of llamas in boots and stubborn old thieves.
He speaks of a poker game gone quite askew,
With coyotes bluffing–now, that tales true!

The moonbeams shift as the legends grow bright,
Of cowpokes who once tried to lasso the night.
But shadows they caught turned out to be sheep,
Leaving the cowhands with secrets to keep.

So gather ‘round, friends, let your spirits ignite,
With the warmth of the fire, we’ll laugh til the light.
For in every mishap, and each silly jest,
Lies a slice of the desert–where humor’s the best.
