Whistling Through the Prairie Winds
A cowboy learns to face the winds with grit and a song in his heart.
In desert quiet where the coyotes tread,
Sun-bright laughter danced, like dreams unsaid.
With boots that splashed in puddles wide,
We chased joys echoes, side by side.
A rainstorms gift, it transformed the land,
Brought life to cracks, where silence once spanned.
We leapt through mud, our spirits ran free,
Each plump puddle a place to be gleeful and free.
The sun kissed the earth, igniting the glow,
We spun in circles, letting our cares go.
With every splash, we wrote our own song,
In muddy footprints, where memories belong.
As twilight painted the sky deep and bright,
We laughed at the stars, our hearts full of light.
The desert transformed, with joy it now sings,
In the splash of our footsteps, the laughter still clings.
