Riding the Trail of the West
A cowboy’s life is a simple life, but it’s one filled with grit, heart, and adventure.
Beneath the vast, unending skies,
Where golden suns and starlit rise,
A cowboys song in the cool night air,
Whispers of dreams that linger there.
Upon the range, with hooves in flight,
The mountains hold that ancient light.
Each ridge a tale of triumph found,
In every scar, the heartbeats sound.
The prairie dust, the leathers scent,
Brings forth the past, where time is spent.
With lonesome winds that softly sigh,
He rides through memories, bold and shy.
As dawn unfurls its amber glow,
The skyline hums with tales we know.
In every shadow, every gleam,
Lives the adventure of a dream.
