The Lure of Wide-Open Spaces
There’s something about the open range that speaks to the soul of a cowboy.
In the dusks embrace, the saddle creaks,
A weathered bridle speaks with the winds flukes.
Its leather worn, with tales entwined,
Of spirit wild and hearts aligned.
Through stormy nights and blazing sun,
Each pull and tug, their bond was spun.
The cowboy strong, his stallion bold,
Together they carve legends untold.
By mountain streams and canyon walls,
With whispered trust, the friendship calls.
A silent promise in every stride,
Through thick and thin, forever allied.
When shadows stretch and daylight wanes,
They ride as one, through joy and pains.
In the twilight glow, their journey™s clear,
A bridle weathered, yet held so dear.
