Roaming the Untamed Frontier
Freedom is found where the dirt road ends and the open sky begins.
In twilights grasp, a cowboy stood,
Beneath the stars, he felt the good.
With courage bold, his rope in hand,
He aimed to lasso moonlights strand.
He dreamed of dancing on its beam,
A silver rope to catch his dream.
With heart afire, he took his aim,
To rope the moon, a daring claim.
But as he swung that lariat wide,
He felt the cloud begin to glide.
With a swoop and a twist, it slipped down low,
And wrapped around him, like winters snow.
Now when the night paints skies anew,
The cowboy laughs, beneath the blue.
For though he missed his shining goal,
He caught a cloud, and that filled his soul.
