Chasing Dreams Across the Plains
Out here, every cowboy knows that fortune favors the bold.
In a land where the sun spills golden light,
A cowboy set forth, his heart full of might.
He sought singing cacti, a legend most grand,
With melodies sweet, in the vast desert land.
Through canyons and sagebrush, his journey did flow,
Each step led him closer, excitement aglow.
He envisioned their tunes weaving through the warm air,
A chorus of laughter, with joys to share there.
At last in a grove where the strange cacti stood,
He challenged them sweetly, “Well, aren’t y’all good?”
With voices like trumpets, they belted out tunes,
A karaoke showdown beneath glowing moons.
With laughter and howls, they sang through the night,
A cowboy and cacti, a most comical sight.
In harmony’s battle, they made spirits soar,
As echoes of joy filled the wild canyon floor.
