A cowboy who tries to ride a bucking cactus but ends up with a prickly situation

Blazing Trails in the Frontier

The only way to find new horizons is to keep riding toward the setting sun.

In dusty plains where shadows dance,
A cowboy spied a chance to prance.
With laughter loud, he took his aim,
To ride a cactus, wild and tame.

This prickly beast, all fierce and proud,
Stood tall beneath the azure cloud.
With spurs a-clink and boots well-worn,
He hopped atop, his courage born.

Yet as he bounced like horse on speed,
The needles poked, a ruthless breed.
With every twist, a sharp surprise,
He learned too late, not all rides rise.

He tumbled down with yelps and cries,
A lesson learned neath sunlit skies.
Now when he sits by fires glow,
He tells the tale of cactus woe.
