Taming the Wild Frontier
It takes a steady hand and a bold heart to tame the wild west.
In the arena, tension grows tight,
As cowboys line up, ready to fight.
With their steeds at the gate, all nerves and glee,
But one eyeing a barrel thinks its a tree.
The horn lets out a thunderous blast,
Horses thunder and tumble, going too fast.
One rider yells, “Hold steady, don’t flop!”
While another spins ‘round, a one-pony hop.
A barrel wobbles, it teeters on edge,
And down comes a cowboy who made a bad pledge.
He lands in a heap with a snort and a grin,
The laughter erupts, its a calamitous win.
With each wild turn, the mishaps combine,
Barrels rolling where cowboys should shine.
In this rodeo ring, the toughest of dares,
Turn into a circus of barrels and bears.
