Trusting the Steady Steed
A cowboy’s trust in his horse is as deep as the canyons they ride.
In dusty boots, they gather round,
With laughter loud, the challenge found.
A rope to toss, a pie to throw,
For records sake, the funs aglow.
Beneath the sun, their spirits soar,
Celestial stakes in rodeo lore.
With each wild ride, a jest in mind,
For bragging rights, their fates entwined.
A race with chickens, a rodeo twist,
In chaotic flaps, the charm persists.
They tumble down, while hearts ignite,
In slapstick glory, they take flight.
At twilights hush, the legends grow,
In playful feuds, their courage shows.
Not crowns of gold, nor titles sought,
But laughter shared, and friendships wrought.
