The Cattle Country Calamity

Living by the Cowboy Code

In the Old West, your word was your bond, and respect was earned the hard way.

Beneath the wide and dusty sky,
A thunderous roar made cattle cry.
The ground shook hard with hooves so wild,
As riders rushed, both brave and riled.

At break of dawn, a storm had brewed,
The ranchers faced their fears, subdued.
With lassos tight and eyes on task,
They knew the night held woes unmasked.

Through swirling dust, the cattle fled,
A frantic rush, where few dared tread.
But courage reigned with lassos twirled,
As cowboys fought to save their world.

When quiet fell, the sun broke free,
They rode in ranks, as proud as can be.
With hearts aglow, the herd returned,
A tale of grit, where legends burned.
