Taming the Wild Frontier
It takes a steady hand and a bold heart to tame the wild west.
In twilights dance, the cattle prance,
With twirls and skips, they take their chance.
A cowboy laughs, his hat askew,
As horns collide in a tango, too.
Through winding trails of dust and stone,
The chuckling breeze brings life to bone.
With clumsy leaps, a calf goes high,
While older cows just stomp and sigh.
The horses jump as cattle sway,
Each cowboy lined to lead the fray.
Yet in this comical display,
The herd decides it won’t obey.
As sunset fades, the laughter swells,
In this wild show, a magic dwells.
So here’s to trails where bold hearts play,
In the contrary cattle ballet.
