The Cowboy Way of Doing Things
Do what’s right, ride tall, and keep your boots clean—it’s the cowboy way.
In the dusty ring where the spotlight beams,
Hooves dance like thunder, igniting dreams.
With laughter and skill, the horses prance,
Embodying spirit in a wild romance.
A chestnut mare twirls with effortless grace,
Her mane caught in sunlight, a shimmering lace.
Each leap and each bound, a joyful release,
As crowds cheer aloud, feeling pure bliss.
The cowboys in flannel, with hats tipped low,
Guide their companions through dust whirls that blow.
Together they spin, a synchronized show,
In a playful rodeo, where friendships grow.
As dusk settles softly on the long, winding trail,
The bond of the rider and horse will prevail.
In the heart of the West, under stars shining bright,
The joy of the rodeo steals the night’s light.
