Holding Steady Through the Storm
Cowboys know that the hardest trails lead to the most beautiful views.
In rain-soaked fields where children play,
With mud-splattered boots, they dance and sway.
Their laughter rises, a joyful sound,
As puddles splash wide, their joy unbound.
Beneath dark clouds, the world turns bright,
In swirling muck, their spirits take flight.
A cowboy grins as he joins the fun,
With playful kicks, the mud wars begun.
The scent of earth, fresh as the dawn,
Wraps round their hearts like a loved ones yawn.
Stories unfold in every smear,
Of laughter shared, where friendship’s clear.
When heavens weep and the trails run deep,
They forge sweet memories, promises to keep.
Through rain-splattered smiles, their bonds align,
In these fleeting moments, true joy we find.
