The Cowboy Way of Doing Things
Do what’s right, ride tall, and keep your boots clean—it’s the cowboy way.
Beneath the vast and starry dome,
Where silence reigns, a saguaros home.
The night owl perches, wise and sly,
With a twinkle in his watchful eye.
He hoots of coyotes’ midnight prance,
Their wild antics, a chaotic dance.
The desert whispers, secrets untold,
In the cool night air, both brave and bold.
With every jest, the shadows shift,
A tumbleweed rolls, natures gift.
The moonlight catches a lizards grin,
As the night owl spins tales with a spin.
In this serenade, the laughter soars,
Echoing ‘neath the canyon shores.
For in the deserts embrace so tight,
Even night creatures delight in their light.
