Trusting the Steady Steed
A cowboy’s trust in his horse is as deep as the canyons they ride.
Beneath the stretch of twilight’s hue,
The prairie whispers secrets true.
A velvet blanket warms the land,
While stars emerge like diamonds stand.
The cowboy sits with leathered reins,
As crickets serenade the plains.
The fire crackles, shadows play,
In this stillness, worries fray.
His trusty steed, a friend so bold,
Beside him dreams of stories told.
They roam the vastness, wild and free,
In harmony with destiny.
As night unfurls its gentle grace,
Each heartbeat finds its rightful place.
With courage sown in starlit seams,
The prairie cradles all his dreams.
