The Cowboy Way of Doing Things
Do what’s right, ride tall, and keep your boots clean—it’s the cowboy way.
In the heart of the range, where the wildflowers sway,
A rodeo queen laughs, brightening the day.
With her crown glimmering under skies so blue,
She calls forth the cowboys, their spirits anew.
The broncos are restless, yet she tames their might,
With jokes as her lasso, she pulls them to light.
Through the crack of the whip and the thunderous cheer,
Her laughter rings out, making troubles seem mere.
Spectators gather, their eyes all aglow,
As she dances with joy, twirling high and low.
With each playful quip, the tough hearts begin,
To share in the mirth, letting friendships grow thin.
So as the sun sets on the rodeo ground,
The laughter of cowboys becomes the sweet sound.
In this laughter-filled fest, in each heart takes root,
A bond born of joy, in the rodeo’s boot.
