Trusting the Steady Steed
A cowboy’s trust in his horse is as deep as the canyons they ride.
Beneath the stars, a trail unfolds,
With whispers of dreams in the nights hold.
The saddle creaks, the leather worn,
As hoot owl calls, a new night’s born.
The flickring fire casts shadows long,
While breezes hum an ancient song.
The silver moon keeps watch above,
Our restless hearts, they yearn, they love.
With every mile the hoofbeats pound,
Through rugged hills and canyons found.
The vast unknown, both wild and free,
A canvas drawn by destiny.
And when the dawn paints skies anew,
The world awakens, fresh and true.
We ride beside the light of day,
Chasing horizons, come what may.
