The Windmill’s Steady Song: A Ballad of Labor and Endurance

Kicking Up Dust on the Trail

The trail might be tough, but a cowboy always finds a way forward.

In twilights glow, the windmill spins,
Its arms like giants, tall and thin.
A steady song, it hums a tune,
While shadows dance beneath the moon.

The cowboy stands with calloused hands,
His heart entwined with distant lands.
Through dust and toil, the waters flow,
Lifes lifeblood drawn from wells below.

Each turn brings forth a whisper sweet,
Of dreams deferred on weary feet.
The sun will set, but never tire,
As faithful steel meets mornings fire.

So let the windmills song resound,
A testament to courage found.
In every creak, in every spin,
The spirit of the West will win.
