The Cowboys’ Rain Dance: Celebrating the Comedy of Wet Boots and Soggy Trails

Living by the Cowboy Code

In the Old West, your word was your bond, and respect was earned the hard way.

Beneath the clouds, the heavens sigh,
With laughter ringing, cowboys try,
To shake their boots, from muck and mire,
As puddles splatter, their hearts conspire.

With twirling hats, a dance begins,
Each cowboy grins, despite the sins,
Of soggy trails and drenched-up gear,
Together laughing, they conquer fear.

The sun retreats, as raindrops fall,
Like natures jest, they heed the call,
Their horses stomp, in playful jest,
Wet boots and joy, a cowboys quest.

When morning breaks, with skies so clear,
They ride with memories, loud and near,
While trails may hum with waters song,
These cowboys know where they belong.
