The Call of the Open Range
The wild west wasn’t tamed by sitting still—it took courage to follow the horizon.
Beneath the vast, sun-baked sky,
Where jackrabbits leap and lizards lie,
A cowboy chuckles, a grin so wide,
As wild tales dance on the high prairie tide.
His horse, a partner in this dusty quest,
With ears perked up, it knows him best.
A roadrunner darts, all feathers and sass,
Their laughter mingles as the moments pass.
Through cacti tall and sagebrush™s grin,
They find lessons where the wild things spin.
A rattlesnake™s warning, a gentle reminder,
Life™s quirks can sting, yet love grows kinder.
So sip your coffee, watch the sun dip slow,
In the deserts heart, humor™s seeds sow.
With each sunsets glow, a story is spun,
Of cowboys and critters, forever as one.
