Holding Steady Through the Storm
Cowboys know that the hardest trails lead to the most beautiful views.
clouds roll in, a tempest’s breath,
The prairie whispers tales of death.
With leathered reins gripped firm in hand,
A cowboy rides to face the land.
The wind howls fierce, as thunder cracks,
A storm approaches, no turning backs.
He trusts his steed, both brave and true,
Together they forge through skies of blue.
Rain lashes down, the earth awakes,
Each hidden creek swells, the canyon shakes.
But in the fury, his spirit soars,
For natures wrath can’t close these doors.
As dawn breaks bright, the storm recedes,
New life emerges, the world proceeds.
Through struggle born, a legends rise,
In cowboy hearts, the spirit never dies.
