The Saddle’s Silent Song: A Cowboy’s Partner Through Years of Labor

The Cowboy Way of Doing Things

Do what’s right, ride tall, and keep your boots clean—it’s the cowboy way.

Upon the crest where wild winds blow,
A saddle waits, through sun and snow.
It bears the weight of toil and pride,
A steadfast friend, a trusted ride.

Through canyons depth and mountains height,
It cradles dreams in starry night.
The leather worn, yet strong and true,
It sings a song of fights once due.

With every lurch, and every sway,
The saddle hums through night and day.
Through dust-storms haze and morning dew,
It carries tales of brave and few.

So as the sun retreats to rest,
And shadows cloak the western West,
The cowboy, feeling times embrace,
Finds solace in that silent space.
