Kicking Up Dust on the Trail
The trail might be tough, but a cowboy always finds a way forward.
Beneath the vast, unending night,
The stars above, a timeless sight.
Each twinkle tells of dreams and fears,
Of cowboys bold through countless years.
The prairie winds, they whisper low,
Of loves lost deep and tales of woe.
With leather reins and hats pulled tight,
They ride beneath their guiding light.
In moonlit fields where shadows dance,
They forge ahead, take fateful chance.
With fires glow and stories spun,
The stars bear witness to each one.
So as the dawn ignites the sky,
And bids the sleepy night goodbye,
The cowboys heart beats wild and free,
With stars above, his legacy.
