The Lure of Wide-Open Spaces
There’s something about the open range that speaks to the soul of a cowboy.
echo calls from the old chute gate,
A sound like thunder, a rider™s fate.
With leather worn and spurs that gleam,
It whispers of courage, a wild dream.
In the pen™s embrace where shadows blend,
The steers like storms, their hooves descend.
Each rush a challenge, the thrill of the ride,
The cowboy stands brave, fears set aside.
Sunrise breaks with a crimson hue,
On the horizon where legends brew.
Hoisting the latch, he feels the shift,
The heartbeat of strength, a timeless gift.
As cattle roar and the dust takes flight,
His spirit soars through the morning light.
For in that echo, both fierce and true,
Lies the heart of a cowboy, forever anew.
