The Call of the Open Range
The wild west wasn’t tamed by sitting still—it took courage to follow the horizon.
In dusty towns where lariats twirl,
A sidekick grins, with mischief to unfurl.
From behind a barrel, he plots with glee,
A pie in the face, as wild as can be.
By the rodeo ring, with ropes that dance,
He stumbles and falls, not missed by chance.
The crowd erupts in laughter, a cheerful roar,
As he bounces up, ready for more.
A spooked horse bolts as the sidekick trips,
His antics bring chaos, yet joy never slips.
With a tumble and roll, he lands in the hay,
Making the dullest of days seem like play.
As stars light the sky, the campfire glows,
A tapestry woven of tales and woes.
For every bold cowboy needs one by their side,
A sidekick to share in the wild, carefree ride.
